Water changes

I'm prepping for my second water change right now -- but I had a question I failed to ask on the first change I thought I'd put out there now. Does the reservoir have to be COMPLETLEY empty? Using the pump it gets most of the water removed but not all. Does that matter?

@DJ Do not worry if there is still an inch or two of water left in the reservoir. We are hoping to improve this in later versions, but for now, run the pump to drain as much as possible.
