Clementine Kush
-
Hey Everyone! just catching up on some posts.
11 days ago I began germinating my clementine kush seeds. In order to do so I simply placed the seeds in and began the FlapJacks recipe posted by @I_like_plants. This was contrary to much of the research I had done on growing but the seeds have certainly taken (more to come).

Day 46After tying down and removing some of the larger fan leaves I arrived at this result. Let me know what everyone thinks!
Also noticed some strange growth at the base of the plant. not really sure what this is but it doesn't seem good -
Wow this plant got so tall so quick! Best information I can think of is already in this post:

Maybe use a second trellis or suction cups and string to train the top branches outwards a bit.

Day 45, in the early bloom stage
Now that the plant is this big, does anyone have any tips for managing the height at this state?
Going to do some major pruning later today and will post after.

@i_like_plants yes i did

The CK looks amazing!
Do you have two plants growing from one pod??
I am curious how many seeds you germinated to start?
-
Looking good! I’d continue to cut out that undergrowth to keep the plant focused on the top!

Day 39 update -
@Rainville your plant looks great! New growth is commonly a lighter green color, and it darkens in green as the leaves mature. Looking forward to watching this grow!

I think your plants look really healthy. If this is a first grow I’d post pictures about every 5 days for great feedback from others who have done it before.

Day 19 update,
Took these pictures right after sending the plant into Veg 1. I had completed a water change prior to heading into the seedling stage however the ratios of nutrients stay the same into Veg 1 so I did not complete a water change for this phase change. Also, it appears to me that some of the newer fan leaves seem to take on a paler green than leaves that have been there longer, is this normal/ do these plants look healthy? I am a first-time grower so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Rainville please keep us posted!

Today, Day 11, the seed has entered it's 2nd cycle of growth and appears healthy has can be. Can't wait for the results to come.

Day 8 into germination and I had completed the stage change as instructed by Bloom.
