It's Alive!
-
Finally! After two weeks waiting for my little seeds to do something, today I can finally see it come out all the way. It's double its size since Sunday, when I first noticed little green by the seeds. So excited!
-
@Saku I'd say yes to reducing the light power a little bit, maybe 80% and see if that helps. How long do you have your lights on for?
-
A week later and Henry needs another haircut.
But also, the top leaves seem to be burning. Is that because they are too close to the top light? Should I reduce intensity to maybe 75%?
Any suggestions?

I'll be right over for peppers!
-
Wow! Way to go Henry, those look delicious!

Happy Valentine's from Henry!
Time for a serious haircut and harvesting!
Here is the amount of bush that had to be removed:
Here is Henry after the cutting was done:
And this is the haul found under all that bush, yay!
-
@Saku that is a lot of peppers! the haircut looks great. It looks like you can still clear out even more unerdeath in the middle there! the leaves in that center mass aren't providing much benefit. Great stuff!
-
Wow! Henry is looking great and those peppers seem to be developing nicely. Thanks for sharing and let us know when they ripen.
-
And here is after!.....
This is what got removed:
And now, we can see the peppers!

The leaning tower of Henry.....
Henry is getting very bushy and very heavy for his own good.
This morning I found it leaning against the door and realized that while he's short, he's stout. Trellis aid was needed.
Here is a view from the top.
The trellis will come in handy once Henry's flowers turn into heavy peppers.
-
Nice, flowers at about 30 days. Awesome.
-
Henry is flowering!
He is getting larger, but not very tall. Yet, I can see small little buds already coming in. Exciting! I will be having peppers very soon. :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing: :fist: :flushed:

Henry is growing like a weed!
Roughly 42 days old and this Fajita Pepper is getting bushier and taller by the day.
However, while reading recent posts, I realized I forgot to prune it when it was tiny (as recommended by BloomCS on the Thinning an Pruning article here).
So, I think Henry is going to be getting a haircut soon

Looks healthy as a horse. Let's let it grow!
-
Pump Cycle is 10/50 and here are Henry's roots.
-
Probably a little early for a PPM that high, but it should grow through it. is your flood cycle 10/50? How about a root picture?
