Thanks to everyone for helping through this process -- the BLOOM has been very impressive, easy to use, and led me through the entire grow process without missing a beat. HenHennesy I did prune the plant quite a bit after my last post (I see now why this is quite important to manage the height) -- thanks you for that recommendation! I'll post more as the buds mature but this has been amazing so far!

I'm throwing this out to the group for help. Anyone have any ideas on where to turn for new pumps? I need a new one for the mixing pump.

I checked on my grow this morning, and I noticed the time on the display said 4pm. I tried interacting with the control panel but I couldn't push any buttons - it was unresponsive no matter where I pushed.
I had to cycle boot the machine. This happened several times during my first grow and it really messed up my grow because it impacts the ability of the unit to follow the correct light schedule.
Is anyone working on getting this resolved? @BloomCS

Trying to test our posts

Hello I have decided id like to grow some fungi, mainly Enoki and Oyster. I would like to try and use the Bloom cabinet to provide the controlled environment. Is there a way to set parameters for humidity? The mushrooms need a more humid environment than what the bloom standard of 55%-65%.
Thanks for the wisdom,

Hello! I am trying to start a new grow, but am unable to download a recipe from the forum (trying to use the 'Autoflower Sativa' posted by Gr0w3r -- it shows as being downloaded on the unit but there is no recipe behind it). I've also tried entering the parameters from scratch and it does not save. Every recipe other than the sample recipes (I selected the 'Beefsteak Tomato recipe and that works) have a grow time of 0 (zero). System seems to be running fine. I reset/rebooted to no avail. Any ideas on next steps?

Hi from Chicago burbs... Looking forward to growing some great tomatoes.

Hello BLOOMers!
As I'm sure many of you have noticed, we are seeing some data issues between our BLOOMs and the cloud. This can impact recipe upload and download and limit what you can see from the APP, but should not impact the day to day running of your BLOOM garden.
Most of our BLOOM cloud development had been done with trusted long term partners in the Ukraine, Belarus and other countries now impacted by the crisis in the Ukraine. For security reasons, we ended relationships with contractors in those areas and are working hard to build expertise in safer zones. BLOOM is complex however, and so far we have not been able to move fast enough to keep all the wheels on all the time. We sincerely believe we will have this resolved soon, and thank you for your patience.
We are sorry for any frustration this downtime causes. We wanted to make sure you knew that we are aware of the issue, and let you know that we are working to get these issues resolved as soon as possible. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I can no longer connect to my Bloom from the IOS app. After logging in, I get the internet connection lost message in red at the top of the screen.
Also on the forum and the Bloom panel, I am unable to download recipes from the forum. repetitive loop back to the login screen despite being logged into the forum.
Anyone else having similar issues?

Dwarf sunflowers are GLOWING in my BLOOM! This is day 100, with florals opening about 10+ days ago. I plan on harvesting the blooms in a few weeks and putting out for the birds. 20220510_093734.jpeg

So this is the fourth attempt to grow some sweet Mary Jane. The first 3 times all ended tragically due to various kinks which have been worked out for the fourth attempt. Finally was able to track down an auto flower seed and used that grow recipe. I sent an email with an issue I'm having but it bounced back that the user has been deactivated. My worst nightmare after going through this with the Grobo!
@BloomCS are you still with us?
I cannot exit out of Edit Recipe on my control panel. I click every button possible, but it keeps saying fill in the missing information.

CO2 Generator
Probably dumb question but be prepared -- I'll have plenty more dumb ones to follow :-). The CO2 generator -- just leave this in the bag/box or take out the organic matter and put THAT in the box? I'm not sure and don't want to mess it up...leaving the mass in plastic intuitively doesn't seem like it would affect much, but I suppose the CO2 could pass through...I dunno. Hence the dumb question :-).

RE: 1 Week in -- Cannabis
Alrighty -- I haven't posted in a bit as I was waiting for a little maturation of the plant. but the growth is phenomenal! My main question still lies with determining the gender of the plant -- here's a pic of the nodes as of today...any guesses or still too early?

1 Week in -- Cannabis
I'm a first time grower of cannabis -- and thanks to Gr0w3r for the recipe -- but this is where I'm at 1 week in. I germintaed these outside of the BLOOM unit using the damp paper towel method, although in hindsight I could have started the process in the unit...I just wanted a head start :-). I have a question though -- on the grow tray where the plant is placed...does that tray fill up with water or no? And what do the two vented pipes do to the left of the tray? Thanks!

Cannabis Pruning - learned a lesson
Hello! So I'm learning a lot about pruning, and the fact I was woeful at it with my first grow -- but now I know. The problem now is the plant has reached the top of the cabinet (to where it's now butting up against the top light), and it looks to be getting burnt where it touches. I've got some buds growing though at the top -- do I prune these or just let it continue to grow? Here are
a couple pictures at 64 days. I may have screwed it up by not pruning I fear!

Hello my informal cannibis-growing mentors :-). I'm about a week away from harvesting; I'm currently in the FLUSH stage and should move to DRY next week. Any steps/tip to harvesting you could share? And should I (or should I have) trimmed leaves on the bud itself? Thank you!

1st Harvest
I've had these curing for a bit now, but here are the results from my first harvest...pretty amazing in my view. I might not have trimmed everything ideally given it was my first go 'round...but I did a little quality control testing and this passed the test :-)! The jars are 3 pints ea., ~2.4oz per jar. Again, maybe some dead weight in there due to my novice trimming but a pretty good haul! One thing I need to figure out is the drying/curing better -- this doesn't have the pungent aroma that I think is typical...but the effectiveness seems to be there.

Trimming and mold
Hello!
I am starting my second grow, and one of things I am trying to do a better job of is pruning. Here are the pictures as it stand now -- I did try to trim a lot of the fan leaves but I'm thinking I need to be more aggressive? Any thoughts there would be helpful. Also -- I noticed mold at the bottom of the trunk (right atop the basket it's growing out of. Am I doing something wrong here -- or maybe I should do something different? Thanks in advance...

Heater problems...
Hello! It doesn't look like my heater is functioning correctly -- any ideas? The range is set to be 63-67 with 65 as the target, but it's been at 60 and "Heating" all morning. I did put my hand against the heater but didn't feel any warmth coming for it.
